Article 7 (Paper Book Delivery)
1. Products will be delivered to the registered address. 2. Delivery time and shipping costs follow the website display. 3. The Company is not liable for delivery delays.
Article 8 (E-book Usage)
1. E-books may only be used for personal viewing purposes. 2. Copyright of e-books belongs to the Company or rights holders. 3. Users are prohibited from: • Copying, reprinting, or distributing • Providing to third parties via screenshots, etc. • Obtaining through unauthorized access • DRM circumvention
Article 9 (Returns & Exchanges)
[Paper Books] Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the following cases: • Damage, missing pages, or printing errors • Incorrect delivery by the Company Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. [E-books] Due to the nature of the product, refunds or returns after purchase are not available.
Article 10 (Resale Prohibition)
Commercial resale of products is prohibited. If violation is suspected, orders may be cancelled or accounts suspended.
Article 11 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in: • Legal violations • Service obstruction • Rights infringement • Account lending • Unauthorized use of e-books
Article 12 (Service Suspension)
The Company may suspend the Service in the following cases: • System maintenance • Disasters • Communication failures • Other cases deemed difficult to operate
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness or safety of the Service. 2. The Company is not liable for damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Article 14 (Suspension of Membership)
